Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer who is ready to take on responsibility, contribute to business growth, and work closely with management as a working partner. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing complete site operations, preparing tenders, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring smooth execution of construction activities. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and manage all on-site construction activities for villa projects. Prepare, review, and submit tender documents, BOQs, and cost estimations. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety norms. Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors for effective project execution. Plan daily/weekly site activities and allocate resources efficiently. Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to design specifications. Maintain project documentation, reports, and updates for management. Contribute to decision-making and business development as a working partner.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 3-4 years of relevant experience in villa construction projects in uae Strong knowledge of site management, tender preparation, BOQ review, and project coordination. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of project responsibilities. Ready to join immediately (preferred).
