Job Description
Position:
Civil Engineer (Abudhabi Municipality approved, 5+ years experience)Estimation & BOQ:
Prepare cost estimates, review drawings, quantity take-off.Site Management:
Oversee day-to-day construction/fitout works, ensure compliance with DM regulations.Coordination:
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.Required Skills
DM approval (mandatory). Strong in
AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project/Primavera
for planning & estimation. Strong understanding of UAE codes, DM approvals, and authority submissions. Ability to handleestimation + execution
without need for a separate cost engineer.Job Type: Full-time
