Site EngineerKey Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor site works to ensure project progress and quality standards. Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQ, and project specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams for timely execution. Prepare daily/weekly site reports, material requests, and progress updates. Ensure compliance with project schedules, safety regulations, and site procedures. Assist in inspections with consultants, clients, and safety officers. Resolve technical issues and suggest practical solutions on-site. Manage workforce allocation and site productivity.
Requirements:
5-6 years of experience as Site Engineer in UAE or GCC. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent. Strong knowledge of site management, materials, and construction methods. Capable of reading technical drawings and executing accordingly. Good communication & leadership skills. UAE driving license (Preferred but not mandatory).
