Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Civil Engineer

with a strong background in

industrial construction projects

to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee project planning and execution, ensuring that all construction activities comply with design standards, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

Develop detailed designs, drawings, and specifications for industrial projects such as factories, warehouses, and processing plants. Conduct site assessments to evaluate technical feasibility and inform design decisions. Prepare load calculations, structural designs, and material specifications.

Project Execution

Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with approved drawings and schedules. Monitor labor, materials, and equipment utilization for efficient resource management. Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement QA/QC procedures to ensure adherence to project standards and specifications.

Coordination & Communication

Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to resolve technical and operational issues. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely material and equipment availability. Provide regular updates and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Cost & Quality Control

Prepare and review project cost estimates and budgets. Track expenditures to ensure projects are delivered within financial limits. Inspect completed works and conduct quality validation before project handover.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Experience:

5-8 years in

industrial construction projects

License:

Abu Dhabi Government Engineering License (required)

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation

Project Management:

Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills

Certifications:

QA/QC Certification (preferred
