Must have

Dubai Municipality G+4 or G+1 approval

(mandatory) Supervise and manage all site construction activities Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and DM regulations Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports Check materials, quantities, and drawings before execution Monitor project timelines, quality, and safety compliance Attend authority inspections, site visits, and project meetings Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project documentation Follow up with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities Maintain proper communication with project team and management Ensure site safety standards and quality control procedures are followed Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of works Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Handle site-related issues and provide technical solutions
