Cityway Facilities Management is seeking a skilled and dedicated
Civil Engineer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction, maintenance, and project planning activities, ensuring all works are executed efficiently and in compliance with company standards and UAE regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects including maintenance and renovation works. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project timelines. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion. Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Provide technical guidance and support to site teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum
3 years of experience
in construction or facilities management (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Excellent communication and project management skills. UAE Driving License (preferred).Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
