Marvel Contracting and General Maintenance LLC is looking for a highly skilled and GCC experienced

Civil Engineer with strong tendering and estimation experience

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in both project execution and tendering, including preparing technical and commercial submissions for civil and fit-out works.

This role involves overseeing various projects including infrastructure, fit-out works, and renovations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the planning and execution of civil engineering projects. Lead and prepare complete tender submissions including technical proposals, BOQs, and cost estimations. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Prepare, review and approve technical drawings, method statements, etc. Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and safety procedures. Monitor site progress, quality, and resources, and generate reports. Provide technical guidance and resolve site issues effectively. Attend project meetings and participate in progress reviews. Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings as required. etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's will be an added advantage). Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in civil fit out works, tendering and estimation. Strong understanding of project costing, materials, manpower, and technical documentation. Proficiency in MS office, Auto CAD, estimation software, etc. Experience in technical drawing preparation, etc. Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. UAE Driving License is an advantage.
