Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized

Civil Office Engineer

to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will provide essential support in planning, documentation, coordination, and quality control of civil construction projects. This is a key office-based role that bridges the gap between the design team and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret civil drawings, plans, and specifications. Prepare and manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and correspondence. Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients. Monitor project schedules and assist in tracking progress against milestones. Support cost estimation, quantity surveying, and material take-offs. Assist in procurement processes by preparing technical specifications and comparing vendor quotes. Maintain project records and ensure timely submission of reports. Ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. Assist in preparing as-built drawings and project close-out documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in a civil engineering office role (UAE Experience). Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and civil engineering codes/standards. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. UAE Driver License

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Knowledge of local construction regulations and permits. Familiarity with BIM software (e.g., Revit). Previous experience in infrastructure or building projects.

Working Conditions:

Primarily office-based with occasional site visits as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
