3-12 years in Civil/Steel Structure projects within the UAEAbout the Role:
We are hiring a
Civil Engineer
with proven experience in subcontractor coordination andsteel structure works
. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring project quality, and driving subcontractor performance to meet deadlines and standards.Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor subcontractor works related to
civil and steel structure erection activities
. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for smooth workflow. Overseesteel fabrication, erection, alignment, and quality inspections
. Ensure health, safety, and quality compliance at all stages. Track subcontractor progress, manpower allocation, and material usage. Resolve site issues, provide technical support, and maintain proper documentation.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Strong technical knowledge in
steel structures, fabrication, and erection works
. Demonstrated ability to handle subcontractors and site execution. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with UAE construction practices and standards.Job Type: Full-time
