Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Civil Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least

3+ years of proven experience in the UAE

and hold a

valid UAE driving license

. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of

interior fit-out works

and be able to manage projects from inception to completion with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage

civil and interior fit-out works

, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, and MEP coordination. Review and interpret

drawings, designs, and specifications

to ensure compliance with project requirements. Monitor site activities to ensure

work quality, safety standards, and timely completion

of tasks. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and maintain proper project documentation. Conduct site inspections to resolve technical issues and recommend solutions. Assist in cost estimation, material take-off, and resource planning. Ensure adherence to

local regulations, authority approvals, and company standards

. Manage and lead the project team to deliver successful project outcomes. Maintain excellent communication with clients, consultants, and management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience

in civil and interior fit-out works. Valid

UAE driving license

is mandatory. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and fit-out activities. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
