The Civil Engineer (Quantity Surveyor) is responsible for preparing cost estimates, tender documents, and contracts; monitoring project budgets; evaluating variations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQs) based on drawings and specifications.
Evaluate tenders and prepare tender documentation.
Review drawing and specification
Prepare submittal, LPO, invoices, snag list, RFI, and shop drawing.
Project coordination with the consultants.
Sourcing potential vendors and suppliers for procuring construction materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years experience as Quantity Surveyor in UAE.
Abu Dhabi Municipality Engineer is an advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Excel, and Adobe
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Skills & Competencies:
Attention to detail and accuracy in costing and technical analysis.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
