Job Description

Key responsibilities

Ensure construction activities are executed in compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.

Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure alignment with design standards and client expectations.

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and project schedules.

Supervise and monitor site activities, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to HSE standards.

Conduct site inspections, audits, and surveillance to identify risks, ensure corrective actions, and verify timely execution.

Prepare and submit regular project progress and quality assessment reports.

Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement improvements to enhance cost and time efficiency.

Resolve technical issues at site to avoid delays and maintain project continuity.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.

Organize and participate in site HSE meetings, inspections, and audits.

Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Provide technical support, mentoring, and guidance to the site team.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Proficiency in quality control inspection techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Experience in TAQA Transmission is an advantage Valid driver's license (required).
