Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Civil Engineer
with a strong background in villa construction within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of local construction practices, regulations, and project management for high-quality residential projects.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage villa construction projects from start to completion Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) Minimum
1 years of experience
in villa construction in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, municipality approvals, and industry standards Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills UAE driving license preferredJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
