We are seeking a motivated and skilled

Civil Engineer

with 2-4 years of GCC experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both

civil structural works

and

interior fit-out projects

, with hands-on site execution and coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute civil and interior fit-out works at various project sites. Read, interpret, and implement structural and architectural drawings. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Prepare daily/weekly site reports, project documentation, and progress updates. Assist in quantity take-offs, material requests, and inspection approvals. Resolve site issues promptly and ensure smooth workflow. Attend client and consultant meetings when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 2-4 years of

GCC experience

in civil and interior projects. Strong knowledge of

structural works, interior detailing

, and finishing works. Familiar with local authority regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, ADM, etc.). Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools. Excellent communication, coordination, and site supervision skills. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
