Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and be adept at utilising various design software. This role involves working on a variety of projects, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring that all designs meet regulatory standards and client specifications. The successful applicant will be instrumental in contributing to the development of innovative solutions that enhance infrastructure and community development.

Responsibilities

Design and develop civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and drainage systems. Utilise software such as MicroStation, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Revit for project design and documentation. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively while ensuring quality standards are maintained. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical support during the construction phase of projects.

Skills

Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Revit. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices. Experience with Civil 3D for terrain modelling and design. Excellent mathematical skills for calculations related to system design. Project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
