Job Description

Seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to lead site preparation and temporary works. This is a unique chance to contribute to a landmark industrial project in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

Oversee site preparation, including temporary fencing, access roads, and site facilities (e.g., portacabins, water/septic tanks). Conduct surveying, leveling, and demarcation for site setup as per project drawings. Manage civil construction activities, including earthworks, compaction, and road base installation. Ensure compliance with KEZAD, Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM), and ADDC regulations. Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD 3D. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards. Monitor site safety and adherence to UAE construction standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience in Abu Dhabi, with proven expertise in site preparation and construction. Specific experience working on projects within KEZAD, with knowledge of its regulations and approval processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D for design and planning. Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) and ADDC requirements. Excellent project management and communication skills.
