focused on managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality standards.Holds a valid
Abu Dhabi Municipality Card
is an added advantage, allowing for authorized access to project sites and facilitation of official construction activities within the Emirate.Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Oversaw site execution in line with project specifications and timelines Liaised with consultants and subcontractors for smooth project workflow Ensured safety protocols and quality standards were consistently met Prepared daily site reports and coordinated material deliveries Assisted with municipal documentation and inspections Successfully executed multiple residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects as a contractor. Experienced in handling municipal approvals and documentation processes in Abu Dhabi. Strong understanding of local construction laws, codes, and best practices.
