Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced

Civil Engineer with 15 years of experience

to join our team for internal road projects within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must bring a proven track record in civil engineering with specific expertise in the planning, design, and supervision of internal road infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design review and approval process of road layouts, grading, stormwater drainage, signage, and pavement structures. Prepare or review Bill of Quantities (BOQs), technical specifications, and construction drawings. Coordinate with local authorities (e.g., ADM, DMT) for design approvals, inspections, and NOCs. Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to contract specifications and project timelines. Monitor QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards. Manage change orders and assess impacts on project schedules and budgets. Participate in progress meetings, prepare technical reports, and submit daily/weekly updates. Provide technical advice to team members, stakeholders, and project managers. Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies are followed on-site.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field. Minimum of

15 years of experience

in civil engineering, with at least

8 years

in a similar role on internal road projects in the

UAE

. Must have worked on at least

2 internal road projects in Abu Dhabi

in the

last 4 years

. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) and Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) standards. Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
