Civil Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer is responsible for managing and overseeing the fit out of interior spaces with a focus on Civil Works. This role ensures that all fit out activities, including structural modifications are completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Oversee civil engineering aspects of the fit out, including structural modifications, partition installations, flooring, and ceiling systems.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to civil works.
Conduct site inspections to monitor the quality of civil works and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates, considering civil components.
Monitor project expenditures, track costs, and implement cost control measures to stay within budget.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringExperience:
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in fit out/civil projectsWork experience in Villa construction, Familiar with Meps System and dealing with Engineering Consultant is a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of civil construction methods, structural modifications. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, and structural drawings. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
