Job Description
Job Title: Civil Engineer (Cost Estimation & Quantity Surveying)
We are seeking an experienced
Civil Engineer
who is also skilled incost estimation
andquantity surveying
to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for civil and construction works Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings Monitor project costs and assist with cost control Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements Support project planning, procurement, and site coordination Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and site teams as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Proven experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local standards Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency in estimation and measurement software (AutoCAD, Excel, etc.) Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in building and fit-out projects Knowledge of local market rates and suppliers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to QAR7,000.00 per month
