Job Description

:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Civil Draftsman

to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and high-quality civil drawings for a wide range of construction projects, including

high-rise buildings (G+14, G+12)

and

luxury villa developments

.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in drafting for multi-storey buildings and villa projects, with sound knowledge of local municipal standards and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare 2D and 3D detailed civil drawings using

AutoCAD

and preferably

Civil 3D

Develop and revise drawings for

G+12 and G+14 buildings

,

villas

, infrastructure, and utilities Prepare layouts for

foundations, floor plans, sections, elevations, site development

, etc. Coordinate closely with architects, structural engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy Incorporate architectural and MEP details into civil and structural drawings Create grading, drainage, road profiles, and utility drawings as per project scope Ensure all drawings are in compliance with

UAE municipal regulations and authority standards

(e.g., DM, ADM, Trakhees, etc.) Modify drawings based on

client feedback

site changes

, or

authority comments

Maintain drawing records, control logs, and support documentation Conduct occasional

site visits

to collect data and verify existing conditions

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting Minimum 5

-10 years of experience

as a Civil Draftsman, preferably in the UAE Proficient in

AutoCAD

(Civil 3D and Revit knowledge is an advantage) Proven experience working on

G+12/G+14 buildings and villa projects

Understanding of

UAE building codes

, authority submission requirements, and design standards High attention to detail and technical accuracy Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to work independently under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience preparing

submission drawings for UAE authorities

(Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality, etc.) Familiarity with structural, MEP, and architectural coordination
