We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Civil Draughtsman (Structural & Architectural

with Min 6+ Years of UAE based construction companies to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and high-quality technical drawings and plans based on engineers' and architects' designs. The candidate must have experience in

High Rise building, Residential and Villa projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed structural and architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Develop layouts, sections, elevations, and detail drawings for a wide variety of construction projects. Interpret architectural and structural design concepts into technical drawings. Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and project managers. Ensure all drawings are in compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations. Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure design accuracy. Maintain drawing files, records, and documentation according to company standards. Assist in preparing drawing packages for construction and tender submissions. Participate in design meetings and site visits as required.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Architectural, Civil, or Structural Drafting or a related field. Proven experience (typically 6+ years) as a Structural or Architectural Draughtsman in UAE. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing. Ability to interpret and translate technical information and specifications into drawings. Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
