Civil Draftsman is responsible for preparing detailed drawings and plans for maintenance projects such as construction NOCs and Road diversions. They use computer-aided design (CAD) software and work closely with engineers to ensure accurate and compliant designs.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD or other CAD software
2. Interpret architectural and engineering sketches and specifications.
3. Modify drawings based on engineering changes or client feedback
4. Ensure drawings comply with RTA requirements, safety regulations, and engineering standards
5. Coordinate with engineers, and other team members on project details 6. Maintain drawing files and documentation in an organized manner
MANDATORY SKILLS:
1. Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other drafting software
2. Proven experience as a civil draftsman or similar role.
3. Familiar with civil engineering terminology, construction methods, and materials.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
