Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
2D and 3D drawings
, layouts, and plans for civil and structural projects.
Draft and update
architectural, structural, and infrastructure drawings
as per project requirements.
Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with standards.
Review and modify designs to meet
client and regulatory requirements
.
Maintain and organize drawing records, revisions, and documentation.
Conduct
quantity take-offs
and assist in preparing bill of quantities (BOQ).
Coordinate with site teams to ensure design implementation aligns with approved drawings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or Draughtsmanship.
5-8 years
of relevant experience in civil drafting and detailing.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
,
Revit
, and other drafting software.
Good understanding of
civil construction standards, codes, and materials.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawing preparation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
