Job Description

Absolute Pools is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman to join our growing technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing precise and comprehensive civil drawings for swimming pool and landscape construction projects. This position requires experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and a deep understanding of civil drafting standards, especially within the context of high-end residential and commercial pool works across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings for swimming pools, balance tanks, pump rooms, and associated site works Draft excavation layouts, reinforcement details, drainage systems, waterproofing plans, and external works Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure accurate integration of all project elements Revise and update drawings based on site modifications, engineer feedback, and authority requirements Ensure all drawings adhere to local authority standards (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.) Maintain an organized drawing system with clear version control and project documentation Provide support to site teams by delivering timely drawing clarifications or adjustments as needed
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture is an advantage Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the UAE and in the swimming pool or landscape construction sector Strong understanding of pool construction detailing, site grading, waterproofing, drainage, and concrete works

Familiarity with UAE authority submission standards and drawing practices

Excellent coordination, communication, and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative design team Willing to join immediate
