Civil Draftsman (Civil Specialist)
forbuilding construction projects in Dubai
. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working on projectsfrom project start to completion
, including design coordination, construction support, and as-built documentation.This role is strictly for building construction projects only.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings for building projects. Develop shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built drawings. Coordinate with site engineers, project engineers, and consultants to update drawings as per site requirements. Revise drawings based on consultant comments and authority approvals. Ensure drawings comply with Dubai Municipality and other local authority regulations. Support site teams during execution with accurate and timely drawings. Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience as a Civil Draftsman
inbuilding construction projects
.Mandatory experience in Dubai building projects only
. Proven experience working on projectsfrom initiation to final handover
. Strong proficiency inAutoCAD
(Revit experience is an advantage). Good understanding of construction methods, standards, and specifications. Ability to coordinate effectively with site and technical teams.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
