Civil Draftsman
Job Description
Candidate Should be available for immediate joining.
Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and details).
Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings as per site requirements.
Interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams for design clarification.
Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments and site conditions.
Ensure drawings comply with Dubai Municipality / local authority regulations.
Maintain proper records and drawing registers.
Assist in quantity take-offs when required.
Support submission of drawings for approvals.
Software & Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory). Knowledge of Revit / Civil 3D is an advantage. Good understanding of construction materials and methods. Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
