About the Role
Heilbronn Properties is seeking an experienced
Civil Draftsman
to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical drafting skills and hands-on experience working on high-rise tower projects, preferably within the UAE market.Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings for high-rise and large-scale developments. Develop shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings in coordination with engineers and project teams. Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local authority regulations, and industry standards. Revise and update drawings based on design changes and site requirements. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of drawings. Maintain proper documentation and drawing records throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Minimum
5-6 years of experience
as a Civil Draftsman, preferably onhigh-rise tower projects
. Diploma or equivalent qualification inCivil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software. Solid understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and standards.Prior UAE experience is highly preferred
. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.How to Apply
