Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Civil Draftsman with hands-on experience in building construction to prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and designs for structural and architectural works. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction practices, material specifications, and project documentation standards in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings for building construction projects using AutoCAD or similar software.

Develop plans, sections, elevations, and details as per project requirements.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure accuracy in design and execution.

Revise and update drawings based on feedback, site conditions, or design changes.

Maintain drawing registers and ensure timely submission of drawings for approval.

Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion.

Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, standards, and client requirements.

Support the project team in preparing shop drawings and layout drawings for structural and civil works.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting.

2-3 years of experience in building construction drafting (UAE experience preferred).

Proficient in AutoCAD, and familiar with Revit or other CAD software is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and drawing standards.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
