Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Interior Fit-Out / MEP Draftsman

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in interior fit-out and joinery, capable of creating detailed technical drawings and layouts for commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

Produce accurate 2D detailed design & shop drawings and models using

AutoCAD

Develop interior concepts, layouts, and plans for commercial and residential projects. Prepare detailed joinery and shop drawings for manufacturing. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility Conduct site visits and take measurements to ensure alignment with project requirements Select materials, finishes, and fixtures for high-quality, cohesive designs Provide creative and technical solutions that meet project specifications, deadlines, and budgets Collaborate with suppliers to source materials and ensure timely delivery

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Interior Design or related field

Minimum 1

year experience

in interior fit-out and joinery drafting Proficient in

AutoCAD

and other design software Hand sketch drafting skill is an additional benefit Knowledge about preparation of design submission drawings as per local regulatory standard Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of drawings. Prepare submission sets for Dubai Municipality, DCD, Trakhees, DDA or relevant authorities. Strong knowledge of joinery details, materials, and installation methods Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

UAE/GCC experience is a plus in interior fit-out field Strong experience in

a

uthority drawing submissions and building management drawing submissions. Excellent knowledge in technical detailing for fit-out projects (Joinery, MEP coordination, ceiling plans, etc.). Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
