Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled
Civil Draftsman
with at least 3 years of proven experience in the UAE, particularly with site-based projects. The candidate should be proficient in preparing civil, structural, and site-related drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE authority standards.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop detailed
civil and structural shop drawings
according to project requirements. Revise and update drawings based on site conditions and engineers'/consultants' instructions. Ensure compliance withUAE construction codes and authority regulations
. Conductsite visits
to verify dimensions, layouts, and as-built conditions. Coordinate closely with engineers, architects, and site teams for smooth project execution. Maintain and organize all drawings and revision records.Requirements:
Minimum 3 years UAE experience as a Civil Draftsman. Proven
site experience
in civil/structural projects. Proficient inAutoCAD
(knowledge of Revit or BIM software is an advantage). Strong understanding ofcivil works, site layouts, and structural drawings
