Position: Civil Draftsman

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed

civil and structural drawings

for high-rise building projects using AutoCAD and Revit. Develop

shop drawings

,

sections

,

elevations

, and

as-built drawings

in coordination with design and site teams. Interpret architectural and structural designs and convert them into construction-ready drawings. Ensure compliance with

Dubai Municipality (DM)

and other local authority standards and regulations. Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure accuracy and constructability of drawings. Prepare

formwork

,

reinforcement

, and

concrete detailing

drawings as per project specifications. Revise and update drawings as required during the course of construction. Maintain drawing logs, revision history, and submission records. Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimations when needed. Participate in design coordination meetings and site inspections if required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting. Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise or large-scale construction projects in the UAE. Proficient in

AutoCAD

; working knowledge of

Revit

and

BIM

tools is an advantage. Familiar with DM, Trakhees, and other authority drawing submission standards. Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and drawing clarity. Good communication and coordination skills with engineering and site teams. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Immediate availability preferred.
