We are seeking a highly skilled

Civil Draftsman

with over

5

+ years of proven experience in the GCC region to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, detailed civil layouts, and infrastructure plans in line with project requirements and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed civil drawings and shop drawings for infrastructure, buildings, and utilities using AutoCAD or equivalent software. Modify and revise drawings as per project engineer/consultant instructions and site requirements. Ensure compliance with local municipality and regulatory drafting standards. Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and site teams for timely and accurate deliverables. Maintain and update drawing logs and documentation. Conduct site visits as needed to ensure drawing accuracy and project alignment.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of GCC experience

in civil drafting (infrastructure, buildings, or roads). Proficient in

AutoCAD

and other relevant design/drafting tools. Strong knowledge of GCC civil engineering standards and municipality requirements (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi DMT, etc.). Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with consultants or contracting companies in the GCC. Knowledge of 3D modeling or BIM is a plus. Valid UAE/GCC driving license (if job involves site visits).
