:
We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman with proven experience in preparing detailed architectural and structural drawings for high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting tools and possess a solid understanding of construction standards and building codes in the UAE.
Duties & Responsibilities
:
Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and coordination drawings based on project specifications and instructions.
Update and revise drawings as per design changes or site modifications.
Ensure accuracy and clarity in drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors for drawing requirements.
Assist in preparing shop drawings, joinery details, and coordination layouts.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and authority submission standards.
Maintain a systematic drawing log and filing system for easy access and reference.
Support design and construction teams with quick redline updates and revisions.
Requirements
:
Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent technical certification.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a draughtsman in high-rise residential or mixed-use building projects within the UAE.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of Revit or BIM tools is an advantage.
Excellent understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP coordination.
Familiar with local authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
