to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings and plans for civil engineering projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with local standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans for roads, buildings, drainage, and other civil infrastructure.
Interpret and translate engineering sketches and specifications into CAD drawings.
Revise drawings based on engineer feedback and project requirements.
Maintain project documentation and drawing records.
Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations, DM/DDA standards, and project specifications.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams for seamless project execution.
Conduct site visits as required to gather data or clarify drawing issues.
Requirements:
Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or Drafting.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Civil Draftsman in the UAE or GCC.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant drafting software.
Solid understanding of civil engineering concepts and construction practices.
Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and other local authority submission requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
Preferred:
Knowledge of BIM software (Revit, Navisworks) is a plus.
Experience in infrastructure and utility drafting is highly desirable.
