Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Structural/Civil Draftsman to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed structural and architectural shop drawings, layouts, plans, and sections using AutoCAD. Your tasks will include developing reinforcement shop drawings, bar bending schedules, interpreting technical drawings, and raising RFIs, CVIs, and As-Built Drawings when necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed structural and architectural shop drawings, layouts, plans, and sections using AutoCAD. Develop reinforcement shop drawings and bar bending schedules from IFC drawings. Interpret technical drawings, raise RFIs, CVIs, and As-Built Drawings as needed. Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Qualifications:
Associate or Technical Degree in CAD Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field. 6 to 8 years of experience in structural drafting, preferably in the GCC region. Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong knowledge of structural and architectural standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Immediate availability to join.
