Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed civil drawings for fit-out projects.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop accurate and compliant plans.
Review project specifications and ensure proper alignment with design requirements.
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and project reports.
Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
Ensure all drawings meet project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Drafting Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field.
5-7 years of experience in civil and fit-out drafting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
Strong attention to detail and technical drawing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Civil ID certification is preferred.
Immediate availability preferred.
