Job Description
Guildhall is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in preparing detailed civil drawings and layouts for infrastructure and road-related works, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed CAD drawings for civil and infrastructure works (roads, utilities, grading, etc.)
- Collaborate with engineers to produce accurate technical drawings and revisions.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local codes, and standards.
- Maintain and organize project drawings and documentation.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers or site teams.
- Support the design team during design development and construction stages.
- Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Drafting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil drafting, preferably in road or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Knowledge of local authority standards and submission requirements in the UAE.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
