CIVIL DESIGNER (Formwork, Scaffolding, and Structural) (Full-Time, On-Site)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Formwork & Structural Design Engineer with strong experience in slab, scaffolding, and formwork design. You will be responsible for preparing structural drawings, calculations, and technical layouts using advanced design tools. The role involves close collaboration with our engineering and project teams to deliver safe, efficient, and code-compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Create formwork, scaffolding, and slab design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent tools

Conduct structural analysis and load calculations

Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and international safety standards

Collaborate with engineers/project managers to meet project goals

Prepare technical documents, calculation reports, and revision logs

Review design feasibility and suggest optimizations pre-construction

Solve technical design issues during execution

Required Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD, and other structural design software

Strong knowledge of slab/formwork systems, falsework, and scaffolding structures

Experience with structural load analysis and formwork calculation reports

Familiar with DEWA/DM/Dubai code compliance (preferred)

Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills

Attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Preferred Experience:

2-5 years of UAE or Gulf experience in formwork/slab/scaffolding design
