Civil Construction Manager

Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Fujairah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, as well as liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Project Control, and Budgeting skills
- Strong knowledge of Construction Safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in managing construction projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in construction management
- Professional certification such as PMP, PgMP, or CCM is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Experience in the UAE\'s construction industry
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
