Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Engineer for an upcoming project.

Job Title: Civil Construction Engineer

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Project Type: Water Network Lines and Construction of Pump Stations

Salary: Competitive salary package (details will be discussed during the interview)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Civil Construction Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from initial planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and manage civil construction projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and infrastructure.

Prepare project budgets, schedules, and reports.

Supervise construction activities and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.

Review technical drawings and provide solutions for any design issues.

Conduct site inspections and progress evaluations.

Ensure effective use of resources, materials, and manpower.

Handle project documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction project management.

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and site management.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, or similar software.

Good understanding of health and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valid UAE engineering license or registration

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.

PMP certification or similar is a plus.

Familiarity with contract administration and FIDIC conditions is an advantage.
