Meraki Integrated Contracting is seeking a skilled

BIM Draughtsman- (Civil)

with strong expertise in execution-focused modeling. You will play a key role in developing accurate 3D models, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring construction-ready drawings align with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

D

evelop and update 3D BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D based on project design and execution needs. + Prepare shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built models for civil works.
+ Collaborate with structural and MEP teams for clash detection and resolution.
+ Support site teams by providing accurate data, drawing clarifications, and quick revisions as required.
+ Assist in maintaining model standards, libraries, and documentation in line with project requirements.
+ Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and LOD specifications.
+ To prepare all inhouse

Structural shop drawings

in coordination with IFC Arch. & MEP drawings
+ To prepare all inhouse

Architectural & ID shop drawings

in coordination with IFC Str. & MEP drawings
+ Preparing

General drawings

including Sketches for RFI / CVI, Logistic layouts etc..
+ Coordination with Surveyor & site team

Eye for detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to adapt to project demands.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting/Design Technology. 3-5 years of experience in BIM Modelling for civil and construction projects in the UAE. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Civil 3D. Strong understanding of civil construction sequences and detailing. Experience in working on-site preferred. * Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
