Job Description

Civil Drafting Duties:

Prepare and update civil drawings such as site plans, grading plans, drainage layouts, and infrastructure designs.

Develop detailed structural and reinforcement drawings based on engineering inputs.

Coordinate with civil engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Maintain and manage records of civil drawings and revisions.

Assist in preparing as-built drawings after completion of works.

Architectural Drafting Duties:

Prepare architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed layouts.

Coordinate with architects and designers to incorporate design concepts and changes.

Develop detailed joinery, ceiling, and finishing drawings.

Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.

Prepare 3D drawings or presentation layouts when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Minimum [2-5] years of experience in civil and architectural drafting.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.

Strong understanding of civil construction and architectural detailing.

Ability to interpret and produce accurate technical drawings.

Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

Knowledge of local building regulations and standards.

Familiarity with quantity take-offs and preparation of shop drawings.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
