Job Description
Develop and manage
3D models for civil and infrastructure projects
using Autodesk Civil 3D and related software. Preparedetailed drawings and documentation
including grading plans, alignments, profiles, corridors, and pipe networks. Coordinate witharchitectural, structural, and MEP teams
to ensure model consistency and clash-free designs. Assist inBIM coordination meetings
, identify design conflicts, and provide modeling solutions. Ensure all BIM models and drawings comply withcompany BIM standards and client requirements
. Update and maintain models throughout thedesign and construction phases
. Support in generatingquantity take-offs and as-built models
. Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensuretimely delivery
of design deliverables. Maintain properfile management and version control
in the Common Data Environment (CDE).Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree
orDiploma
in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum4-5 years of experience
in civil infrastructure modeling usingAutodesk Civil 3D
. Strong knowledge ofroads, grading, utilities, and site development
modeling. Experience withAutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit
is an advantage. Familiarity withBIM execution plans, LOD requirements, and CDE platforms
(e.g., BIM 360, ACC). Good understanding ofsurvey data, coordinate systems, and topographic surfaces
. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience working oninfrastructure or mixed-use development projects
in the UAE or GCC region. Knowledge ofBIM standards (ISO 19650)
andQA/QC procedures
for model review. Certification inAutodesk Civil 3D or BIM
tools is an added advantage.Job Type: Full-time
