Job Title: Cisco Call Manager Job Location: Kuwait
This position supports a US Military customer and may have a 24 x 7 support requirement which could include an Extended Workweek (EWW) or Shift Work during other than normal duty hours.

The Cisco Call Manager is responsible for providing support to the software-based call-processing system. The Cisco Call Manager will work with active VoIP network components; including phones, gateways, conference bridges, transcoding resources, and voicemail boxes. In addition, the Cisco Call Manager shall program Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) publishers and subscribers in a multi-network topology within the network.
