Our client, a prestigious leading bank, is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead technology strategy, transformation, and delivery across Personal and Business Banking - driving scalable, secure, and innovative platforms that enable business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the technology vision, driving digital transformation and platform convergence
- Partner with business heads to align technology roadmaps with growth and product strategies
- Oversee full technology lifecycle, ensuring robust governance, compliance, and regulatory adherence
- Build and lead high-performing delivery teams, embedding agile and innovation practices
- Optimize cost of ownership through shared services, automation, and process improvements
- Drive data-led transformation, leveraging AI, cloud, and modern architectures
- Strengthen client and stakeholder engagement through technology-enabled service excellence
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive IT and banking experience, with 10+ years in Personal/Wealth/Business Banking
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations in financial services
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills at CXO/N-1 levels
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, digital platforms, and regulatory compliance
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced qualifications preferred
