As a

Ciel Connect Runner

, you are the operational link between the hotel's communication hub and the on-ground guest experience. Working alongside the Ciel Connect team, you will handle physical delivery of guest requests, amenities, messages, and urgent items to ensure prompt and efficient service, enhancing the overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond swiftly to guest requests received via phone, messaging systems, or other communication platforms. Deliver requested items such as amenities, luggage tags, documents, or in-room accessories directly to guest rooms or other locations. Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, politely, and with a professional demeanor. Support the Ciel Connect team in following up on open requests and communicating updates to guests. Assist with room inspections for special setups or amenity placements. Handle pick-ups or collections from guest rooms when needed (e.g., laundry, luggage, packages). Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and back-of-house areas used for deliveries. Report any delays, complaints, or unusual situations to the Ciel Connect Supervisor immediately. Adhere to the hotel's grooming, uniform, and guest interaction standards at all times.

Desired Skill & Expertise:
Prior experience in guest services, housekeeping runner, or related hotel operations role is preferred. Physically fit and able to walk/stand for extended periods and carry light items. Friendly, courteous, and proactive attitude. Good communication skills and basic English proficiency. Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts. * Commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.
