Job Description
WE at Mass Potato for food Industries, we are looking for
a chocolatier EXPERT as manufacturing
a chocolate industry expert with sufficient experience and knowledge of the steps and stages of manufacturing creamy chocolate in various flavors, including hazelnut, pistachio, and cocoa. Applicants must have :-preparing the recipe for the chocolate mixture and reviewing the ingredients and the most suitable ones.
Knowledge of calorie calculation and ingredient composition equations is mandatory.
Experience in makingchocolate mixtures Pistachios and hazelnuts White chocolate
Knowledge of chocolate productionquality and health requirements
in accordance with the requirements of the Health Authority and Dubai Municipality. Knowledge of preparing productionquantities of 1 ton or more
Experience as a production line manager in chocolate factoriesJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
