We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the overall healthcare team. You will work closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients\xe2\x80\x99 health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop and implement patient care plans based on assessment and physician instructions.
- Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-hospital care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- ertification in a specialized area (e.g., critical care, oncology, pediatrics).
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
