Four Stars Ceramic & Sanitary is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Purchaser
fluent in
Chinese (Mandarin)
to manage procurement operations, particularly sourcing products from Chinese suppliers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying quality suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with Chinese suppliers for ceramic and sanitary products.
Translate and communicate between English, Chinese, and/or local languages (if applicable).
Manage procurement orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales departments to ensure inventory availability.
Prepare purchase orders, compare quotations, and manage purchase records.
Track shipments and manage import documentation as per UAE regulations.
Resolve any supply issues or delays with urgency and professionalism.
Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize purchasing decisions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, suppliers, and shipping methods.
Requirements:
Nationality:
Chinese (Kashgar) Female
Languages:
Fluent in Chinese ( Mandarin and English; additional languages are a plus.
Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in ceramic or construction materials.
Familiarity with Chinese suppliers and import processes.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
Attention to detail, organized, and capable of working under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems is a plus.
